Personally, its not something I can put a name to, yet a sense of "knowing" I am connected without interruption, to the seen and unseen in my life. It has made my grief through the years more tolerable in the face of terrible losses.
I would have to say it is a feeling of connectedness to a connected unseen power....but honestly I really don't know what it means.
Search yourself deeper.
Many people say " I am Spiritual" meaning that they don't follow religious or organized ideas of the soul, faith, God and so on.
Go from there.
