Robert, I was always taught (catholic school) that people who commit suicide don't go to heaven. Please tell me your thoughts. It seems so wrong in my soul and I don't resonate with that teaching. Does my soul know the truth or am I being too opinionated regarding spirit?

The escape of suffering through suicide is sadly quite common. Some suicide is accidental, most commonly drug overdose, however, the spontaneous or planned end of ones being is always driven by an unbearable darkness. The man on the cross, said "Father, forgive them they know what they do" says it all. Absolute forgiveness to those wounded by the dark demon of suicide. Heaven awaits to help their souls heal.
