There are two sets of parents, both with children who are quite ill with leukemia.
Both sets of parents are very religious, their hands clasped in prayer and hope.
Some days later one of the children is called home to heaven, the other child is returned to the arms of his parents.
For the parents whose child enter heaven's gate, they felt their prayers were ignored, left unanswered, their backs now turned away from trust in God, in prayer.
For the parents who received their child's embrace, prayer has worked, the faith in God now fully restored.
What would you say to both sets of parents about believing in the power of prayer?
Your thoughts.
