I usual get visted in my dream state. I wish I could do that awake. Such a beautiful experience. Sometimes I wake up crying or just immense sadness comes over me.
After my grandmother passed away, I remember a few years later feeling like she was touching my arm. I was upset with life and I had this overwhelming feeling of comfort and love. I just knew it was her.
